Nutritional Foods

Nutritional Foods is a South African based company, which manufactures powdered foodstuffs and food ingredients, dry blended or spray dried products. The company was first established in 1944, and is located in Klerksdorp. The plant is almost totally automated.

The company's original range of dry-blended products has been continuously expanded, and includes powdered stews, gravies, and soft drink products. In 1998, Nutritional Foods acquired the Funa brand.

Nutritional Foods has an extensive network of branches and agents throughout Southern Africa. The company has since 1997, been actively involved in exporting its wide range of products to a number of export markets.

Nutritional Foods plays a significant roll in government aided feeding programs; and in partnership with a number of small black owned businesses currently feeds in excess of 100 000 children per day throughout South Africa.
